If the South Gloucestershire Local Plan goes ahead, our Neighbourhood Plan can help manage its impact. Strong policies will allow us to directly shape things like housing styles, landscaping, wildlife protection, parking, and even bin storage.
We need your input to guide any future development in our village. This consultation is your chance to share your views on these proposals and raise any village-wide concerns.
Even if you attended our March meeting, this consultation covers much more detailed policy questions. Our steering group will gather and analyze every comment, idea, and concern to identify recurring themes. We will then translate your priorities into formal, legally binding Neighbourhood Plan policies. Once finalized, these policies will be used to evaluate future planning applications and shape how our parish grows.
So please bring your reading glasses as this will be a workshop with information packs, maps, tick sheets and more!
